The children, though seeming to cope well enough on the surface, usually harbor deep-seated confusion, fears, and insecurities that may manifest themselves later in life. There are other detrimental consequences which affect family, friends, and even the health of the church.

Satan has come to "steal, and to kill, and to destroy" (Jn. 10:10), aiming some of his most poisonous darts at the marriage relationship. Christ has come to give us an abundant life. Building our marrage according to His plan and purpose will ensure us victory.
